Last evening session in the park
October 7th, 2008After a 30 minute trail run, the girls rocked through a 5 exercise circuit lasting 15 minutes. Situps, pushups, squats, ring rows and overhead press. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, scored by the number of reps on the last set. In crossfit terms this is called a Tabata interval, very tough!! Everybody improved scores since the first class. Great job!!
